1. 该机主要适用于16号及以上水钻（顶平面已加工）的磨削和抛光工作。
2．采用全国首创的气缸驱动的斜面、直面快速转换机构，斜面完成后直接加工顶平面，无需再通过吸塑机，大圆磨去加工平面，大大节约了成本。
3. 磨抛一体直线式设计，左边设有磨盘，右边设有抛盘，左边磨完成后自动移动至抛盘进行抛光，无需人工搬运夹具。
4.磨抛盘固定旋转不升降，夹具升降采用高精度滚珠丝杆由步进电机带动，磨抛精度可精确到0.01mm，而且每个面可单独设定磨抛深度和时间，成品大小精确，并且因采用平面磨抛盘，与钻接触面大，成品钻型好。
5. 控制系统采用先进的电脑PLC加液晶触摸屏，系统稳定可靠，参数设置调节方便。触摸屏全部显示中文，嵌套式菜单，易学易用，普通工人培训一天即可上岗。
6．系统具有抛盘磨损自动补偿功能，补偿周期和补偿值可任意设定，机器调好后操作工人仅需按启动按钮，无需再对参数进行调整。
7．机器机械结构及工作原理简单，因此稳定可靠，并且维护保养特别方便。
8．专门设计的故障排除功能，可从触摸屏上迅速判断输入输出信号是否正常，比如感应开关是否正常，按钮是否损坏等。
9．每班可产16号（3.8mm）成品水钻13万颗以上。
Main features：

2. It adopt incline-plane quick switch system drive by air cylinder, it is up to date all over the world. After process the incline, it process the plane immediate, it needn’t use the suction machine and Plane Grind & Polish machine to process the plane, so it save a lot of cost.
3. Grind disk and polish disk are designed in a line, left is grind disk, right is polish disk, the mould go to polish automatically after grind, needn’t replace the mould by hand.
4. The mould up-down system adopt high quality ball bearing pole, drive by the step motor, the grind and polish precision is 0.01mm, also all side can set the parameter deepness and time alone, so the final product is exactitude.
5. Control system adopt advanced PLC and touch screen, the system stability and reliability is high, the parameter set and adjust is convenience.
6. The system have polish disk abrasion expiation function, after machine adjust finished, the worker have nothing to but take the mould.
7. The machine structure and work principle are very good but very simple, so it is stably and easy to maintain.
8. Special designed trouble remove function, it can check if the input and output signal right or not from the touch screen conveniently. Such as judge the switch is right or not , the button is right or not, so remove the trouble quickly.
